How to apply e-residency

To apply for e-Residency only via https://e-resident.gov.ee/
The ID document can be picked-up only by the applicant personally, and an authorization cannot be given to another person for this procedure.
Upon submitting the new application via the portal it is possible to choose different pick-up locations.
